At Wasabi by Morimoto in Mumbai, India, one of Asia's Top 50 restaurants. From the second-floor seats, you can see the Gateway of India lit up at night. The head chef is likely Japanese, with Indian assistants. Each dish was well-received, and the sashimi was very fresh. I didn't expect the omakase portion to be so generous—appetizers, nigiri, pan-fried dumplings with scallops, lamb, duck, salmon... plus an Australian red wine. I was so full I could barely walk out the door! Orz ~ By Morgan, evening of December 23, 2016.
