Travel note summary: Taichung One Day An'an, Liyun Sake (2nd visit), Jinzun Red Wine (4th visit). Today is the Weidao Alumni gathering day. In the morning, I had brunch with my old middle school classmate Steven and his wife from Weidao, along with high school alumnus Qibin, and also taught Steven's wife how to convert Bitcoin on Binance back to New Taiwan Dollars. In the evening, we first gathered at Qibin's residence near the Green Parkway. Attendees included Qibin's high school classmate, also a same-year alumnus from three other middle school classes at Weidao—Qiche, who now works at Delta Electronics and is also an alumnus of National Cheng Kung University's Mechanical Engineering department. Also present were Qiche's former roommate couple, who are elementary school teachers. Together with Steven and his wife, we enjoyed freshly grilled steak and lamb hotpot. I also brought a bottle of red wine gifted by Chairman Gong. Thanks to Qibin for hosting! Next Monday, Qibin will also go to Chung Shan Medical University to visit Minyan from Weidao Class 2, who is also an authority in ophthalmology, for laser surgery.
