Travel note summary: Second visit to Shikisai Japanese Cuisine in Qizhi, Taichung. Had dinner with Brother Gong in the evening. Brother Gong, who is both a mentor and a friend, always gives me valuable life advice. Tonight, we drank a sweet Daiginjo sake, which uses one of the same rice varieties as Juyondai: 'Sake Mirai'.
