Location: Shikisai High-End Japanese Cuisine, Qizhi, Taichung
Travel notes: Another busy day. In the morning, my classmate Xiaoping and Jiajun visited Brother Gong's company, chatting about Buddhism and spiritual practice. At noon, I helped Qibin find some historical data on convertible bonds. In the afternoon, I had a video call with Ernie to discuss extended applications of anti-money laundering technology on the blockchain. Later, Alex also called to ask about program trading. In the evening, I had dinner with Brother Gong, and during the meal, I received a call from senior Pat asking about Ethereum and digital currency on the Binance chain. He, John, and Zeng Da held a feast of Hokkaido king crab congee in Taipei tonight and had invited me, but unfortunately, I had things in Taichung and couldn't go north. However, Brother Gong and I still enjoyed a splendid feast in Taichung. The value for money at high-end restaurants in Taichung remains slightly better than in Taipei. Dinner at Taipei's famous Japanese restaurants usually starts at NT$2,500–3,000, but tonight, even with two large pots of sake, the per-person cost was kept just over NT$2,000. Thanks to Brother Gong for treati…
