Travel Notes: My fifth visit to Liyun SAKE LA VIE in Taichung's Qizhi District. In the evening, my junior Marcus invited me out, saying we should go to Liyun, so I messaged the owner—Essen, a fellow alumnus from Weidao—to see if he was in the shop and catch up. Thanks to Essen for having the staff reserve the large private room on the second floor and treating us to Phoenix Mita Junmai Ginjo and collagen drinks. The first round started with Marcus, Fash, and Candase—Candase, like Marcus, is a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Later, Yen from the crypto circle and Le Si Ji, along with Tony and Rafi, joined us to try a small bottle of Juyondai, and I introduced everyone. Afterward, we moved to PARK2 and had drinks with young CEOs from various companies: Marcus, founder of Moment Tech; Candase, founder of Mao Xiao Ai; Hawkins, CEO of Satire Entertainment; Fash, founder of GoSky; Joey, CEO of Toastoria; and Jim, who works in semiconductor parts.
