Travel note summary: Afternoon with Brother Gong, Steven, Qibin, Steven's employees, and some of their family members. This is a no-menu coffee experience—the shop owner decides what coffee to serve. All beans are from Italy, with various Italian brewing methods. Owner Mr. Hong has his own principles and dedication; it's not about making money but promoting coffee culture. In order, we were served four distinct styles of coffee. The last one even included Italian brandy Segnana—a coffee with a lingering sweet aftertaste.
