Location: Taichung, Jianxing Road, Gao Lin Teppanyaki
Travel note: In the afternoon, my brother-in-law and I went to check out a new housing project by Hui Yu near the G0 station in Beitun. For Mother's Day dinner, everywhere was fully booked, so we had a simple teppanyaki meal nearby in the North District with my mom, my sister's family, and my two little nephews. Thanks to my brother-in-law for the treat. Afterwards, I met Brother Gong to pick up a premium Japanese fruit gift box from Chairman Lin, which was supposed to be given to me last Friday. Thanks, Chairman Lin. Later, Brother Gong and I went to a salon restaurant on Wenxin Road, which has a private room on the second floor. We also invited my junior Maxim to join later. Taiwan is so small—it turns out Maxim also attended the contemporary art fair a few days ago, but he was in the UBS sponsor's VIP area, so we didn't run into each other. Thanks, Brother Gong, for the treat. Cheers~ By Morgan @2024.5.11 evening
