Travel Notes: Due to the pandemic and time flying by, Mr. Liang came down from Taipei to Taichung to have dinner and catch up with me after several months. Along with Mr. Gong, the three of us came to this mid-to-high-end hot pot restaurant, which is entirely private rooms. With full dedicated service and independent, private spaces, the overall dining experience was quite good. We chatted about possible future developments in China's political and economic situation, as well as various topics like artificial intelligence and investment trading... time just flew by. In the end, with two bottles of French red wine and the meal costing around over seven thousand, Mr. Gong politely treated Mr. Liang in return for the previous meal at Top Cantonese Cuisine, so thank you for the treat tonight, Mr. Gong.
