Travel note summary: Steven called me last minute for a late-night snack, so we went with him, Qibin, and their wives/partners to a skewer and oden spot near my place. Later, Qibin remembered a tea house he used to frequent, so we drove to Tianxin Road in Fengyuan for tea. On the way back, we passed the Shuinan Economic and Trade Park, where property prices have also surged recently, so we took a few extra laps to check it out. Thanks to Qibin and Steven for the treat!
