Location: Taichung South District, PSYCHO CYCLE Natural Wine; North District, Wowcao Skewers/Natural Wine (2nd visit)
Travel Notes: After dinner at home with mom, spent a rare evening exploring new spots in Taichung. Visited natural wine bars—previously been to Wine Not and Tao. First stop was a new natural wine bar opened late last year. Second was a place not far from home, which I vaguely remember visiting three or four years ago, but now it's completely revamped with a natural wine selection. Had 3 glasses of natural wine at each spot, plus 1 tree wine mixed with sake, totaling 7 glasses. At Wowcao, had a great chat with the owner, Long, who kindly offered snacks and a shot of shochu.
