Location: Taichung, Nanfun Yifeng Road, MeatGQ Premium Steakhouse. This is a collaboration between the 'Steak Godfather' Deng Youkui and the Hoshino Group. The lunch set is around 2,000-something TWD. The 'Old Gourmet' steak was excellent, not inferior to other restaurants masterminded by Chef Deng, like Danny & Company, Ambassador Hotel's A-CUT, or Victoria 168 Prime—even slightly impressive in some ways.
