This top-tier Taichung restaurant was built last year with an investment of 500 million TWD, and its culinary team includes key members from part of Taipei's World Trade Center Club. Although the most expensive menu starts at 32,000 TWD per person, tonight with three bottles of red wine, shark fin soup, and various Cantonese dishes, we enjoyed a fantastic meal for just over 5,000 TWD per person. The three red wines were from France, Northern Italy, and Spain. When we tried the Spanish one, its flavor felt quite unique—besides the fruity and floral notes of the others, it had a free-spirited soul.
