Travel Note: On a Friday night in Taichung, all the major Michelin restaurants were fully booked, so I found this highly-rated French restaurant located in the 7th Redevelopment Zone. Including red wine, the per-person cost was around five thousand. The space is spacious, featuring Japanese A5 Wagyu beef and molecular gastronomy.
