Location: Taichung, Museum of Illusions
Travel notes: Visited the museum at noon. In the afternoon, Brother Gong and I hosted two friends from Taipei at our junior Sky's place in Taichung First Senior High School. We spent the afternoon until evening in a private space. On a Sunday afternoon, it's not easy to find a place in Taichung with a private room, food, drinks, and entertainment equipment, so we came to our junior's place again. Dalmore whiskey, white wine, red wine, various dishes and drinks—excluding other expenses, it cost over NT$20,000 in the end. I also met Marcus, a friend of Jack's. Marcus is the founder of the productivity tool app 'Forest: Stay Focused' (with over 4 million paying users globally) and was also named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 outstanding youths and entrepreneurs. Taiwan is small—Marcus is Brother Gong's junior from Mingdao High School and also my junior from Taichung First Senior High School.
