Travel note summary: My long-unseen NCKU graduate school classmate Mengsheng and his company partners came down from Taipei to Taichung to hold a charity lecture. So in the afternoon, I came to Love Home Garden on Dongxing Road to learn some basic knowledge about jewelry—ruby, sapphire, jadeite, emerald, glass种, ice种, waxy种, pigeon's blood red, black jade, Mozambique, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Zambia... After the lecture, a small percentage of the proceeds from the jewelry auction will be donated to Taichung's Maria Social Welfare Foundation and Guangyin Orphanage.
