Travel Notes: IN BAR on Mingyi Street in Taichung—an aesthetic selection/bar. Met up with junior Cello in Taichung on short notice in the evening. Came to this interesting shop hidden in an alley. The interior is very tastefully and stylishly decorated, but from the outside, it's hard to tell what kind of place it is. However, upon entering, I realized it's more like a high-end private club. Not only do they offer fine teas, wines, and coffee, but they also collaborate with many external experts, including a private chef who worked at RAW, a Level 4 top sommelier, as well as cigar merchants, wine merchants, Japanese Wagyu beef suppliers... almost能满足 any gathering needs. They only accept pre-booked guests, and many big bosses in Taichung are regulars. IN BAR's founder Sky is also a junior from Taichung First High School, and junior Cello is planning to bring IN BAR to Lingya District in Kaohsiung.
