Travel Notes: Second visit to IN BAR on Mingyi Street in Taichung. On the third day of the Lunar New Year, I gathered with a few good friends in Taichung. White wine, red wine, cigars, dice cups, Pu-erh tea... plus the delicious dishes carefully prepared by the owner and junior Sky. The per-person cost was under 2,000, which is really great value compared to Taipei. The ladies in the group could both hold their liquor and weren't afraid to drink.
