Travel Notes: Wedding banquet at Lin's Palace, Taichung, and Private Kitchen on Zhongmei Street. Came to drink at the wedding of senior Guozhi and senior Ruqi in the evening. As the champion of a wine blind tasting, the senior naturally invited many guests who love drinking wine. After sitting at table 6, I got to know a round of people: Brother Lin (KC), retired from TSMC, Brother Cai next to him, Sister Huang, Brother Wang whom I met before at Brother Chaoren's place, and Sister Chen, who used to be at Dazhaimen and now works at the private kitchen. After finishing the Côte de Nuits Premier Cru red wine and a bottle of champagne brought by KC, he asked the wine merchant to send two more delicious champagnes and another Burgundy Côte de Nuits village-level red wine to the banquet. Thanks for the treat, KC! First time drinking such good wine at a wedding banquet. After the banquet, we moved on to the private kitchen, Private Kitchen, on Zhongmei Street, where I got to know Chef Zhou. Thanks to all the brothers and sisters for the hospitality.
