Travel Notes: At noon, attended the second board of supervisors meeting and spring banquet of the Ruini Social Care Association, founded by Chengda alumni Ruqi & Guozhi. Dennis couldn't make it last minute, so I invited classmate Steven to join. The table included people from various industries: deputy general manager of Far Eastern Bank, Japanese sake merchant, Hong Yuan Securities, AIDC, lawyer... Also met Songbao, a Chengda industrial management class of '73 senior. Another attendee, Arthur from Tiger Coatings, has business relevance with Steven's forged wheels. While doing charity, everyone also had the chance to explore potential collaborations. Thanks to Guozhi for bringing several bottles of red wine and noble rot wine—they tasted great! ^^ Afterward, visited Qibin's home with Steven and his wife. Coincidentally, Qibin is an expert in convertible bonds (CBAS), so I invited Yen, a Chengda junior who runs the 'Le Si Ji' financial blog and is also in Taichung, to come meet him.
