Travel Notes: Treated my parents to lunch today. Starway Buffet is one of Taichung's well-known seafood buffet restaurants. Until the end of June, lunch and dinner on weekdays are NT$499, and booking in advance waives the 10% service charge. Given the variety of food and decent quality, it's a great deal.
