Travel note: My research institute classmate Kunda rarely comes back to Taiwan from Guangzhou, so we arranged to have dinner together in the evening. Coincidentally, Yujia came up to Taipei from Hsinchu for a meeting and to pick up his custom-made suit, and Lman senior also happened to contact me in the afternoon to visit Yoxi under Hotai Motor to discuss NFTs. So, I simply gathered everyone for dinner to get to know each other. There was a senior entrepreneur from a blockchain company, a venture capitalist from the Foxconn Group assisting with metaverse-related projects, and the Asia regional head of a Finnish software company. We chatted about various topics from 6G and digital twins to autonomous driving. Using perspectives from different fields, we explored whether we could spark some different ideas. Afterwards, Yujia also gave me a ride back to my place near Linsen North Road in his new Tesla. Thanks to all my good friends for gathering and continuously creating wonderful memories!
