Taipei Zhongshan District's Changhua Wine Bar. I thought I'd already been to over a hundred wine bars in Taipei and had almost none left to visit, but Alice sent me a place that just opened in June. The owner, Eric, used to be a sommelier at a Michelin-starred restaurant and, since he's from Changhua, opened this new wine bar here. In the evening, she and I came here and started with Italian Prosecco, then Burgundy from the Clos Saint-Denis vineyard, followed by French Marc (grape pomace brandy) and Japanese shochu, before finishing with a left-bank Bordeaux red. After a full round, Cheers~ By Morgan @2026.7.31 night.
