Travel notes: NOMOU SAKEBAR and Shinpaku, Japanese sake bars in Taipei's Zhongshan District. After an afternoon meeting, tried a golf lesson at Golf Monsters. Met a Japanese coach named Moto. After exercising and having dinner, went to two sake bars recommended by Ziling. First, chatted with Venera, a staff member at Nomou, while drinking. Then went to Shinpaku and asked the young owner to recommend a few sakes to finish with. The last one, Koshimizu from Niigata Prefecture, was amazing. Continuing my recent habit of visiting Taipei sake bars every Thursday. The 8th and 9th bars in the past month or so. Cheers! By Morgan @2025.6.26 evening
