Yesterday, Senior Lman suddenly suggested having steak. I thought about it—among Taipei's steak restaurants with a per-person price over 2,000 NTD, PRIME ONE is one of the few I haven't tried yet. So, I came here for lunch today to give it a try. I ordered the U.S. Prime 45-day wet-aged ribeye steak, paired with a 2-Glasses Wine Pairing. Dining in the beautiful glasshouse setting made for a pretty good meal. After parting ways, I took a stroll to the nearby National Museum of History, which reopened this February after years of renovation, and the not-too-far 228 Memorial Museum.
