Travel note: Came back here for dinner again after just a week, because Cristopher is heading back to Costa Rica after his meeting with Yuan-Tseh Lee in Hsinchu next week. Today, I introduced my genius hacker classmate from Taichung First Senior High School, also the founder of g0v—ClKao (Chia-liang Kao)—to the elders and Cristopher. A very nice night, and the food was so delicious. Besides the usual red wine and smooth whiskey, we tried Australian abalone and Australian 9+ Wagyu chuck flap—the cooking, tenderness, and sweetness were all impeccable.
