Location: Taipei, second visit to Hana Bi Japanese izakaya. Travel note: It's only been a day, but I'm back at Hana Bi in Taipei. The dishes were different from yesterday, but each one was still full of character—duck breast, crab meat croquette, salmon roe omelette... The only constant?
