Travel note summary: Dinner with six people. Besides senior Lman and Alice, it had been almost 8 years since I last saw senior Jianjiang from our graduate school circle. He still teaches marketing courses at Shih Hsin University. Junior James, who serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Business Next, hadn't been seen in a few months either. Tonight, I also met elder brother Steve for the first time. Steve is semi-retired but still works as a strategic transformation consultant for many large companies and is currently the dean of AAMA Academy. It's somewhat similar to the AVA Angel Investment Club but places more emphasis on post-investment management and accelerator functions. The industries he focuses on are more centered around ESG.
