Travel notes: My phone suddenly broke, so I had to go to Guanghua Digital Plaza to buy a new one. After spending a lot of time reinstalling apps at noon, I went to Songjiang Nanjing Station to meet my old colleague Bruce from the investment trust company. Bruce used to cover global and U.S. stocks in our department. After working at another foreign investment trust, he's now at a new investment trust company, preparing to take over as fund manager for a specific fund. Besides daily conference calls with many foreign companies, Bruce is also very interested in researching new technologies and companies, including blockchain. So I explained the principles and applications of blockchain to him in simple terms, as well as the essence of mining that he couldn't quite grasp. We had such a great chat that we even discussed the possibility of launching a public blockchain and cryptocurrency fund in Taiwan.
