Taipei — 伊高勢 Whisky & Cigar House (3rd visit). At lunch the Zomma team had an all-you-can-eat A5 wagyu meal at 肉次方 燒肉放題 Nanjing East, and I was so full that I later went to Brother Shaolin’s bar, where I ordered a Yoichi whisky, a Yoichi white wine, and a junmai sake. It was also my first proper chance to say hello and reconnect with Brother Shaolin; I’d recently heard his name from Andy at OOPS and from Mr. Yan, a wine merchant and F&B veteran in his seventies, both of whom have known him for over 30–40 years.
