In the afternoon, the Zomma team had an A5 wagyu all-you-can-eat dinner at Rou Ci Fang (Nanjing East Rd). Too stuffed, I ended up at Yi Gaoshi Whisky & Cigar Lounge (3rd visit) tonight, where I ordered a Yoichi whisky, a Yoichi white wine, and a junmai sake. It was my first real chat with Brother Shaolin—earlier, Andy from OOPS and veteran wine merchant Uncle Yan, who's known him for 30–40 years, had both brought him up.
