Travel note summary: It was quite late in the evening when Jade suddenly said she wanted to celebrate my birthday, so we met at her favorite spot. Besides cocktails, they also serve desserts and soft-serve ice cream, giving this bar its own unique character. For example, my second drink was the '1910' (named after the Mexican Revolution), made with Mexican Mezcal as the base, and the truffle-infused soft-serve ice cream was quite interesting. It had been a long time since I last saw Jade, so we had a great time catching up. We stayed until closing, and the owner even treated us to a shot.
