Travel Notes: WilsonPark Bistro in Neihu, Disaster Prevention Science Education Hall. Luna invited me to lunch and chose this restaurant. Chef Wilson is Taiwanese but grew up in the US—the food was pretty good. Afterward, we visited the nearby Disaster Prevention Science Education Hall.
