Travel Notes: Although life has been incredibly busy lately, I still make sure to exercise whenever possible for the sake of my health. So one weekend morning, I met up with Ah-Fu to swim at the Chunghwa Telecom clubhouse on Ren'ai Road, and we also invited Xingjian along. Sometimes you really need a buddy to stay motivated for workouts, right? :P After swimming and enjoying the SPA, we were absolutely starving, so we headed to Yonghe. Ah-Fu took us to a place called A-Cheng Beef Noodles on Yongping Road—it was pretty affordable, just over 100 NTD per person for a filling meal. We split the costs for the day: Ah-Fu covered the swimming tickets, I paid for lunch, and Xingjian treated us to movie tickets from his company TI. Teamwork makes the dream work! :p In the afternoon, we went to Ximending, browsed at Eslite, and watched Angels & Demons, which was quite an intense film. After the movie, it was time to eat again—food is king!
