Rushed back home at 1:30 PM—today was Taiwan index futures monthly settlement day, so I helped Brother Gong remotely roll over his positions. In the afternoon, I went to the travel agency to pick up my new Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. This is already my fourth one—can’t believe 15 years have passed. Then I headed to the familiar Qingcheng Street area. What a coincidence: I recorded ten programming courses on Udemy out of interest, and over the past three years, several hundred students worldwide have purchased them. Last week, I suddenly received a message from one of them, Yanjun. He said that while chatting recently with Wenliang from Capital Securities Hong Kong and my former colleague Matsumura from Concord Futures, he unexpectedly discovered they both know me, so he wrote to me.
