Location: Taipei, Nangang Exhibition Center, Contemporary Art Fair - Opening Night
Travel note: Thanks to Yu Xin, whom I met while drinking the day before yesterday, for the invitation and complimentary ticket to tonight's opening night of the contemporary art fair. Upon entering, I first went to their booth F02, the French gallery DUMONTEIL, to say hello to Yu Xin. Then, I headed to booth DG18 to greet Brother Hong, the owner of River Art. Taiwan is so small—inside, I also ran into Neo, Jessica, Zibin, and his friend NU. Since Neo is a collector/art advisor, I introduced him to Yu Xin and Liane, the emerging talented female painter exhibiting with them this time.
