Travel note summary: In the afternoon, I met with Kevin, a former colleague from Yuanta Securities Investment Trust, at DeFITs to visit and learn about this cryptocurrency fund company's arbitrage products. Kevin previously worked as the fixed income investment director at a mainland public fund and returned to Taiwan in the past two years due to the pandemic. Recently, he has been responsible for fund listing reviews at a bank. And Taiwan is still small—Cindy, my junior, and Kevin were also former colleagues at Taishin. I originally wanted to introduce them, but later found out they actually knew each other 17 years ago. Then today, through Cindy, I also met Rebecca, a junior from the class of '96 in Economics at NCKU.
