Location: Taipei, Hakata Ramen
Travel Notes: It's been over four years since a BBS user named silent0219 recommended Hakata Ramen to me on the Dream University forum. Time flies, and I finally got the chance to visit. That evening, after watching "Red Cliff" with Xingjian and Afu using movie tickets from Texas Instruments, Afu brought along friends—Michelle, Holly, piano teacher Xiangqin, and their senior—to Hakata Ramen across from Breeze Center. After waiting in line, we finally got seats. What's unique here is that the ramen is served on a small stove to keep it warm. The milky-white broth looked rich, and sure enough, after a few spoonfuls, I finished the whole bowl. Back then, a small bowl was around NT$100, but with prices rising, that's probably a thing of the past... :P
