Travel note: I’d seen many friends write about this place years ago—it’s said to be hard to book. Taking advantage of the slightly cooler weather and it being Monday, I came here to try the bone-in, skin-on mutton hot pot. Paired with a few glasses of red wine, my body warmed up quickly.
