Travel Notes: Wuhe Wagyu Hot Pot on Jilin Road in Taipei. Junhong came up to Taipei from Hsinchu on short notice this afternoon, so tonight I had dinner with him and Afu—a rare get-together with a few college classmates. As we dipped the melt-in-your-mouth, beautifully marbled Kobe wagyu into the pot, we chatted about the applications of A.I. and big data analytics at their companies, TSMC and Chunghwa Telecom. Then we moved on to the Taiwanese-Japanese collaborative puppet show, Thunderbolt Fantasy. Even years after graduation, it’s still nice to have the chance to gather and chat like this occasionally. :) By Morgan @2021.4.17 evening
