Location: Taipei, Four Townships Five Islands – Matsu Noodle Shop (Liaoning Street). It's a 24-hour shop, perfect for late-night snacks. Business is quite good, and the food inside is pretty decent. The Black Sesame Noodles are very distinctive. Next time, I'll try the Matsu Fish Noodles when I have the chance. Ordering some side dishes and soup can make for a very filling meal. P.S.
