Travel note: U.S. Prime Branda dry-aged ribeye steak ($6000+10%) (1,500 RMB). Boss Liang happened to be back in Taiwan from China again, so he treated Morgan to a meal and we chatted about some things. Originally planned to go to Ruth's Chris, but had to wait until 20:30 for a table, so we finally decided to change venues and came to A-Cut at the Ambassador. The 40-day aged steak was indeed incredibly delicious. As usual, with two bottles of Australian red wine to warm up, I don't know if I got full or drunk first = = By Morgan @2013.9.20
