Location: Taipei, Yuanshan Station, Le Wine Bar by Burgundy Cave
Travel Note: After finishing a meeting in Xinyi District in the evening, I remembered a shop near Yuanshan Station that was closed last time I came. So I took the MRT Red Line directly and came here again. This Burgundy Cave is a wine merchant that expanded from Hong Kong. The interior space is quite spacious, and the young staff ladies they hire are all very youthful. Here, I ordered a serving of Burgundy-style braised beef cheek to pair with a Burgundy red wine.
