Travel Notes: Fermented by Zeng House on Civic Boulevard, Taipei (2nd visit). In the evening, Ben, whom I haven't seen in a while, suddenly messaged me on Line, saying he wanted advice on some financial matters. After chatting on Line for half an hour, we figured why not just meet up for a drink—no time like the present. Ben is a big player in the rental property management industry across Taipei and New Taipei, managing hundreds of units. So while helping him with his questions, I also learned from Ben about their rental housing association.
