Travel note summary: Dalian Flavor Restaurant on Fuxing South Road, Taipei (2nd visit). Afternoon chat with Leon, Jennie, and Jeff at TGI Fridays near City Hall Station. Thanks to Jennie for hosting. Evening, Jimmy was heading back to Kenting and wanted to meet, so I moved here to drink with him, his friends, and Junsheng. Dinner introduced me to Vincent from Beijing, Xiaohui, Jinqiu, and Jiaqing. Thanks to all the seniors for the treat. After eating, continued with friends from Malaysia, Alex and his wife Tina, at their friend George's club near Taipei 101. Met MiSTakE, the Taiwanese world champion of League of Legends Season 2. George, in underwriting, has helped over 30 companies with IPOs. Also said hi to Gu, a cadre I hadn't seen in ages. Remembered Cory hadn't been to 101, so invited him over. Today, from cocktails, beer, whisky, sparkling wine, to brandy... drinking so many types in a row, I've definitely had enough alcohol. @@ Thanks for the hospitality.
