Travel note: After a typical Monday with three back-to-back meetings, I met up with my good friend Sam for a late afternoon happy hour. Sam just returned from Dubai and Abu Dhabi last week, discussing compliance licenses, and brought back a souvenir gift for me. Coincidentally, Sam also visited the world's highest restaurant, At.mosphere, on the 122nd floor (422 meters) of the Burj Khalifa—a place General Liang and I had been to before. So we chatted about that shared life experience. The bar snacks at Woo Bar were surprisingly good. We ordered two signature cocktails and stayed until sunset.
