Travel Notes: Another busy Monday—two meetings, three phone calls, and an afternoon of research, plus catching a bit of Sam Altman's live stream. Wrapped up by 8 PM and headed out for a stroll. Bottless was bustling, packed as soon as I walked in. They serve wine on tap, which is eco-friendly and cuts costs. The menu, designed by a Michelin Plate chef, is prepared in an open kitchen and quite impressive. Paired with two glasses of white and one red, I chatted happily with the server.
