Travel note: Dian Shui Lou is one of Taipei's famous restaurants, with several branches. It's been several years since I last ate here. Today for lunch, I casually ordered their beef noodle soup ($680), along with stir-fried eel paste, crab roe xiaolongbao, colorful xiaolongbao, and other dim sum.
