Brother Li from Ürümqi recently opened a super unique private kitchen-style venue upstairs in a building, specializing in Xinjiang and Western Regions dishes like big plate chicken, roasted lamb, Turpan raisins, and desserts made with 52-degree Tianshan sorghum liquor... bringing back memories of various delicacies from the northwestern provinces.
