Taipei Wenshan District's Xunxia Tang Wine Shop, and Xindian's Chapter One · Wine. Today's time went to two shops. I went to Xunxia Tang because Facebook kept popping up with friend recommendations, so I thought I might as well make a special trip to Wenshan District. There I ordered two glasses of Southern Italian wine and a glass of New Zealand wine, and chatted for a while with the owner, Ms. Yu. She's been running the place for over a decade, and it's grown into a 200-ping space with a wine cellar in the basement and food service. The shop also has thousands of wines, which was impressive. Afterwards, I went down to Yulon City for a meal, then continued to the second shop. Chapter One's owner, Ben, used to do Art Deco (decorative art) for luxury residences. He later became interested in wine through long exposure, and has been running this shop in Xindian for over seven years. He also likes researching AI, so he used AI to build the website, and has established a methodology for compiling a wine index.
