Looking around, it's sometimes a hassle to find a place to eat alone—many types of restaurants are off the table. Finally, I spotted a ramen shop, which was perfect, so I went in. I ordered a Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen (NT$90). After it arrived, I took a sip of the broth with a spoon—the milky-white soup was surprisingly light in flavor.
